Accessibility.
Last updated: April 2026
Our commitment
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our marketing website and product surfaces. Accessibility is an ongoing effort — some pages may not yet fully conform, and we track and remediate issues as we find them.
What we do
- Design with semantic HTML, sufficient colour contrast, and keyboard-navigable components.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful imagery.
- Test with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation on changes to major pages.
- Review accessibility as part of our release process for new features.
Request an accommodation
If you need information from our website in an alternative format, or need help using any part of the service because of a disability, email legal@foyla.ai. Please describe the issue and, where possible, the page, browser, and assistive technology you're using so we can reproduce and resolve it quickly.
Third-party content
Some pages include third-party content (for example, an embedded scheduling widget). We do our best to select vendors that prioritise accessibility, but we don't control the accessibility of third-party content. If you encounter a barrier with embedded content, contact us and we'll help you find an alternative path.
